Does anyone know the proper pronounciation of the name Melia? Behindthename.com only tells its origin and meaning, and that it's a feminine name.

It's the surname of quite a well known family in my town. The funny thing is, one of the daughters is named Amanda Melia. Yucky, eh?

I know someone named Malia, and it's pronounced, "MA-lee-uh." Maybe that's, "Melia" too?
