I was looking for lists of the most popular baby names (girl) in France in the 1930s and 1940s. I've found a few questionable resources, but I was wondering if anyone had an official looking list.

I use http://meilleursprenoms.com/stats/topprenoms.htm. I'm not sure how official these lists are, but they certainly do seem reasonable based on my acquaintance with French people of different ages.

Those are the official lists. According to the site L'INSEE has provided the statistics, and L'INSEE is responsible for the official statistics in France.
