Lovelia
I saw this listed as a Swedish girl's BA. Anyone know what it means? TIA.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I agree that it probably is an elaborated form of Lova or Lovisa. But I've never met or read about anyone with this name (there are only 14 women with this name in Sweden). So my first thought was that it was a Russian form of Lobelia or an American name from "lovely". :)

It's made up, so it doesn't really mean anything... I guess you could say that it's a variant of Love / Lova / Lovisa (variants of Ludwig, meaning "famous warrior").

I answer because nobody else did so far. Lovelia is most likely a version of Lova and related to Louisa.

Thanks. I thought it might be related to Lova but wasn't sure.
