Hello my name is Buffy D'Angelo. I need your help,this is my question;
Can I legally change my name to Elizabeth ( I imagine you know that Buffy is a pet form of Elizabeth)?
I would still using Buffy in my private life but I don't consider it a serius name for an adult person to be used for instance in an identity card.

Why not? Probably your parents don't want you to because they think its a special name to them.

But you'll have to check out the details. I hear it's usually cheap and easy to do though.
