In French it's [tee-eh-REE] or [tyeh-REE] if speaking faster.

I think tye-REE is correct if you follow the pronunciation key of this site (the 'tye' part is not pronounced as in "eye"). tye-REE is kinda like tee-air-REE with the first two syllables contracted. The French almost always stress the last syllable.
