The Ukrainian form of Lily is Лілія (Liliya). Variant transcriptions include Lilia and Lilya. Lileia doesn't make sense to me (the "e" looks superfluous), but it may have been used as a variant transcription of Лілія. I'm not sure of the exact pronunciation, but I would guess LEE-lee-yah.
