Author: Mercy Joy   (Authenticated as Mercy Joy)
Date: June 11, 2011 at 1:30:50 PM
Pronunciation: jez-ree-el

Gender: Girl Name
Origin: Biblical
Name Meaning: God scatters, God sows. The name is borrowed from that of ancient biblical towns and the Valley of Jezreel, the scene of Gideon's decisive battle over the Midianites. (Judg. 6)

How do you pronounce it? With an H or y or a j sound?

Also is The jez part related to Jez-abel if so wouls jez-abel mean god's breath? or not?
