The name JUMOKE is a shortened form of a long one. and this could be any of these, OLAJUMOKE (most common), OLUJOMOKE, ADEJUMOKE. this is a very beautiful and meaningful yoruba name and it is unisex. It is however more common in females than in males. To show that males bear the name, here is an example.. Chief Bode Olajumoke.

JUMOKE ..literally in yoruba means : Ju mo : combined efforts/thots/plans), Ke: pamper/treat well/spoil - as in spoiltchild/shower with so much love and affection)

OLA : wealth/affluence/richness

So OLAJUMOKE means : "All wealth combined to pamper" the child.
