I know Nima is pretty common in Iran, probably among other Iranian people like Kurds as well, is it common among other people as well?

I don't know where the Iranian Nima might be used as well, but there is a completely unrelated name from Tibet, also spelled Nima, as a variant of Nyima, meaning "sun" in Tibetan...

What about the Arabian name Nima, is it related to the Iranian name in anyway?
