Wikipedia has this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_most_popular_given_names#Female_names_2
So Fatma, Parvana, Aysel, Aytaj, Fidan, Parvin are the most common names for baby girls. And Sevinj, Gunel, Leyla, Aygun, Gunay, Sevda, Vusala, Konul, Tarana, and Samira are the most common in the general female population.
