I'm inclined to think that it's a mix of a name like Cassandra with a 'lyn' name (eg. Katelyn, Lynsey etc.)
It's a very nice name, and I can't say I've heard it before, but I have come across kids with a name that seems to be a mixture of one name with a 'lyn' suffix (Jennalyn/Jennilyn, Jessalyn, Taralyn etc.)
