Thalelaeus (Thaleleus).
This name is obviously a latinized form of Greek Thalelaios, of which the first element is almost certainly derived from Greek thallo "to blossom". But I am uncertain about the second element. It could be derived from Greek laos "the people", but there is also Greek laios "left, left-sided".To add to that, here is also the variant spelling Thaleleios, which points us to a third possibility: the second element could also have been derived from Greek leios "smooth".If it is not too much trouble, I would like to know which of the possibilities is the correct one. Thank you for your time and effort! :)All the best,Lucille
