By doing a quick search, here are names that exist in both languages:

Ava
Darya / Dária
Fatimeh / Fátima
Haideh / Haidé
Jamileh / Jamila
Leila
Roxana
Salomeh/Salomé
Sara
Soraya / Soraia
Tina
Vanda
Vida
Zahra / Zara

Arabic / Portuguese
Aida
Lina
Nadiyya / Nádia
Raisa / Raíssa

I would only avoid Azar (means "bad luck" in PT) and anything starting with "parva" (means "stupid" in PT). I'm not familiar with the farsi language, but you can't go wrong by picking something simple and straightforward like Ema, Eva, Maria, Ana, Rita, or Sofia.
