Milhouse
I don't know if it is an actual first name, but if so, then what is its meaning? I'm not too keen on the The Simpsons character because of him being similar to Bart in some ways and when I began watching the show in 2006/2007, I thought that was his nickname (Milhouse that is). I prefer him with Lisa than with Bart and when he speaks, I say "Lisa Yeardley Smith." because of me preferring him with her. Does she have a crush on him? I'm sure I've seen her kiss him once and if so, I don't know if she meant it or not. And I'm wondering if the brainless oaf description of the Disney character I asked for (who was it? I can't remember what you replied) could describe Lisa as I wonder does she hate conceited small town people as I know she has no friends and I remember her arguing with a sailor or some sort which ended with the sailor saying "Maybe 1 day, you'll marry Milhouse." which silences Lisa and I'm wondering if she felt "There's no way I'd marry Milhouse".

Much of your question wasn't name-related, but here is my read on the name, MILHOUSE:MILHOUS was the middle name of the 37th President of the United States (1969-1974), Richard M. Nixon (1913-1994). RMN was most likely the namesake for the Simpsons' character.MILHOUS looks (to me) like a Germanic surname that most likely means "from the house by the mill," the residence of the surname's patriarch.
