Fatima means "to abstain from" (as in "to abstain from sex and pleasure" what would be a name meaning "to indulge", "to enjoy", "to revel in uncontrolled wanton and pleasure" or something like that? Preferibly arabic sounding or even arabic, persian or middle eastern

Yarona would mean "to sing or shout", and is Hebrew, which often has a similar feel to Persian names.

Bacchus has a similar meaning (male name) and is related to the Greek god, who was known for unbridled pleasure seeking.

Along with Bacchus, there is DENNIS / DENISE, "adherent of Dionysus." Figuratively, they can mean "alcoholic." (Dionysus is the Greek version of Bacchus.)
