I know I saw the name Iretha somewhere and I really liked this name. Since then I've tried to find it again but have failed. I know it's not Aretha because it was in the I section. Has anyone else heard of this name?

Nope, but I'd bet it really is a variation of Aretha. Or maybe Irene.
