Geillis (f)
Hi !!!In the Tv-series 'Outlander' there is a Scottish feminine character called Geillis (aka Gillian).I found it among submitted names but it is said only that it is Scottish.Does anyone know how is its meaning or its ties with others names (maybe other forms of it like Gaelic, Irish or English) that can help to recognise its history? Is Gillian its real variant or only a similar name?Thank you in advance.
