It seems to be a Hispanicised form of Aliette, which according to the submitted names database is itself a form of Éliette, a French feminine form of Élie via the diminutive Éliet. Veering into speculation, I think there's a possibility it was constructed using the now trendy modern Hispanic name suffix -eth (see Lizeth, Escarleth, technically a cognate with English and French usage of -ette) with Alícia.
