From what I've gathered, probably not. It seems to be more of a South Slavic name, with the Ukrainian and Russian equivalent words being "зоря" (zorya) and "заря" (zarya), respectively. "Zora" also seems to be a rare Turkic/Persian Muslim name (from the Persian word 'زر' meaning "gold", if you were wondering) used by Muslim minorities in Russia and, from what I've found, in Kazakhstan (a Russian-speaking nation).My PNL: https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/159719/117411
