Hi !!!

Anyone knows the origin or meaning of the name Necile?

When I was a child I used to see an animated Christmas movie where Necile was a fairy.

It might be based on Cecile, simply by replacing the C with an N.

The movie seems to be based on a book by L. Frank Baum. I'm very familiar with L. Frank Baum's books (I'm a big fan of them), and there's a lot of invented names in them.
