No matter whether you spell it SELA or SELAH it would always be pronounced the same way in Hebrew:

SEH-la would come close, almost like in "cellar" except the last vowel is a bit longer (like in "bar")

Of course in any other language it may be pronounced diffently (Selah vie!).
