Hi !!!The only trace I found is that Guinehl could be the Dutch form of a Breton surname itself from a masculine given name: Gwenhael (see Gwenaël / Gwenaëlle). It could be that "h" is after the "e" in Guinehl and not before like in Gwenhael because the Dutch spelling was influenced by German.
