Naomh can be pronounced NAYV or NEEV. This means 'saint', i.e. Naomh Padraig.

Niamh is pronounced NEEV.

And Neamh is pronounced NYAV. This is the word for 'heaven'.

Only Niamh is used as a name in Ireland. :)
