Looking at the examples you've given do really mean you want a name prn lee-uh? lee-uh would rhyme with "see a" as in I see a dog while lee-yuh would rhyme with "see ya" as in "see ya later." If it's lee-uh you're looking for I would agree with Chrisell. Leah is the most common spelling I see and is easily recognizeable by most people. Lia is common too.
