Sỏley is my daughter's name. It is an Icelandic name. Island of the sun, sunflower, sunny or bright disposition, and these are the meanings of her name. I think it is a lovely name and would make a great addition to this site. How may I go about adding her name?
Also, I have noticed the Icelandic names list is pretty limited.
My father and his family are Icelandic. I am an American, but have quite a database to work from as far as names and meanings/histories of names, go in consideration with Icelandic names. I would like to contribute if possible. Would anyone be able to point me in a direction so that I may contribute?
