Googling it, I find it in what appears to be a Dutch context. Can anyone tell me the language, meaning, and pronunciation? It isn't a form of Geneva, is it?

In other words you think it's "derived" (mysteriously) from one of those? Okay. I just thought maybe it was a "real" name in another language besides English.

I don't know. I have never heard of this name and I don't know in what language it is used. I just went by the letters and considered possible changes. Call it association. I may be completely mistaken. Maybe somebody else knows …
