I am wondering if there is anyone out there who speaks Hebrew and can help me with the name Talia. Most people pronounce the name TAL-yah, but from what I understand the Hebrew pronunciation is with the emphasis on the second syllable tal-EE-ah. I like the tal-EE-ah pronunciation, but I would like to know what is correct.
