I believe the correct pronounciation of Maire is either 'moy-ra' or 'mar-ah,' depending on which part of Ireland you're in. Of course, arguably, since it's your name, you can pronounce it how you want! Maire is my boyfriend's siter's middle name, and the family have always pronounced it 'mare.'
