Feena: This is my name, also my great grandmother's and her mother's. i've never heard it except for us and it is being used in japanese video games. i've been waiting 25 years to find out where my family got this name. Irish or german maybe? i don't know. help!

Maybe a fancyful spelling of FINA. This could be short for names ending in -fina like SERAFINA, DELFINA, RUFINA.
But this no more than a guess.
