Yes, but I think you should know...

This site isn't about opinions on names. It's more about origins and meanings of names, as well as anagramming. Save the opinions and ratings for haggisbutt. No matter how many times she's been told this, ***JEN*** just doesn't get it.
Just thought I'd give you a tip to help you make a better first impression on this board! :)

Ok I give, when I started coming here it was ok to give opinions about names. People did it all the time! They would ask for both meanings and origin! And Nan and Palvos would anagram the names for us! It was fun! Now it is just origins and meanings! Though I can understand that people where starting to ask opinions on way to many names! I feel that people can ask opinions as long as it is for a good cause, like someone actually having a baby! And not just for there own pleasure(***JEN***)! Origins and meanings where always what this board was about! Also people seem to be "taking" over this board! Acting like it is there's to do what they want! I enjoyed coming here to see what people wanted to know...having Nan & Palvos anagram names! Trying to find out more about names! Now it seems that every time I turn around there are people arguing about who can be here and new people want to start stuff with the regulars! This is just getting ridiculous! Sarahjeanne and I have started e-mailing eachother to get away from this! Please everyone, can we get a hold of things!?

Whoa! No wonder I named you "Gia Nadine War-Mare"! LOL!
Andrea didn't mean to curtail anyone's posting here, Gia. She was just cluing Andrea Lynn in a bit, since Andrea Lynn (and Zara, too, actually) had just come over here form Haggisbutt. Both Andrea Lynn and Zara are cool, BTW, and Andrea knows it. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for Jen. You might be interested to know that Jen was complaining about this place and the people in it, over on Haggisbutt.
I think Mike C. has already stated on several occasions that there are no real "rules" about posting here. But it makes sense to be aware of the general nature of this place, too -- doncha think? :) And cluing in people who come here from a completely different sort of bulletin board is a pretty good idea, if you ask me, so they don't get all upset (as Jen does all the time) when they don't get the whole slew of responses to their postings that they've become accustomed to over on the other bulletin board.
That's all Andrea was doing. Okay? You cool with that? :)

Actually I wasent trying to say anything bad against Andrea, it just turned out that way! Sorry Andrea! But I gathered that some of these people did come from the sister site BTW they where acting! And as for ***JEN*** I really cant say much! She just kind of appeared! I dont mind letting people know! I am just sick of all this fighting! Though it is fun sometimes(hehehe)! It is just that some people are forgetting what used to be fun on this site! I really didnt mean to set rules! Though it came out that way! (You kind of lose track of what your thinking when you have a baby screaming, LOL) So if My post conterdic(sp?) eachother, just remember there is a screaming child over here! I dont want to start another hug fest! So lets just hope we can all get along!!

LOL Caleb isnt violent, well at least anymore! He used to pick on the big boys!!! LOL Like he would go beat up Ryan's cousins. It was histrical!!

I hate to say this but, they don't seem to be getting out of either stage at my house (and they're NOT MY KIDS). Whining and screaming and crying (ARGH). The others at home wonder why I spend so much time at school or at the library (go figure).

Well ***JEN *** was getting a little exsesive! She was fine when she first came then she got to be a little rude! Asking for opinions on a dozens of names! Calling us Suckers!!! That got me I was going to defend you but thought on Monday you would do it yourself! But I seriuosly thought about it!!

Oh it is ok! I wouldnt of said anything, but since Andrea was saying that there where no opinions I thought I should say something! I dont mind responding when it is just a few! But when people ask for like a dozen or so it gets tiresome! But I hope you enjoy this board it does rock! It feels like my second home(when it comes to the internet!LOL)
