My best guess is that Savion, as in the famous dancer and choreographer Savion Glover, is an African-American form of Saviano, the Italian form of Sabinus. But that is only a guess; I haven't been able to track down how Mr. Glover's parents came up with the name.

I would guess that Zavien is a blend of Savion and Xavier.
