Naseby, with an "e," is a town in England. It is pronounced "NAZE-bee." It was the site of a very famous battle during the English Civil War in the 17th century.

If your parents say it's Greek, then wouldn't it be spelled more like Nasbe? This is just a guess, understand. It could be that they heard the Greek name Niobe ("NIE-uh-bee").
