The Hebrew spelling is: resh bet kuf heh, so it would be something like rbkh (no vowel letters). In Hebrew, the name is pronounced Rivka. Rebekah and Rebecca are both Anglicizations, and because the Hebrew and English alphabets are completely seperate, both are right.
