I'm just guessing but it's probably because the correct pronounciation isn't known by the owner of the site. I'm sure he would rather refrain from putting a pronounciation he was not sure about than take a wild stab and put it anyway, quite possibly mis-informing (sp?) us all.

addingAlso, there is disagreement among experts about exact pronunciation of Latin by ancient Romans; and it may have been different at different periods. Always check the comments on an entry, too, because some Latin scholar might've put an opinion about pronunciation there. - mirfak

AlsoIt's a newer feature - names that are older are less likely to have it, while new names most likely will.
