Thanks very much to those who already replied to my post.
I think I may have squashed too many questions into the original post, and I don't want it to get forgotten about before a few more people read it and (hopefully) provide more answers. Would it help to split the questions up into separate posts so that I can put the names in question in the subject line, to draw the attention of those who have information about them? Or does it usually take a little while before people read and reply to posted questions? (I'm a new poster.)
