What is Lee Sook Mei? Your family name and your given name? Or only your given name? What language is this from?
If this is Chinese, it is next to impossible to tell what it means without seeing it written, but when it is written, it is almost trivial to know what it means...
Anyway, the search for a corresponding "Christian" name can of course only start after the meaning of your original name is clear, and there more information is needed.
