It's just old Nordic letters. Strange ones.In regards to the Þ & þ:
"Th" or simply "T". (Thor or Tor as an example here.) You pronounce it as that.Now with the Ð and ð:
It's pronounced as a simple D.I hope that helped you some.

Oh, OK thanks :)I knew the Þ was pronounced like Th, but I couldn't figure out ð
