What is the the meaning of Rucha and its origin?

It would help if you know something about the person with this name. I believe there is a semitic root which gives breath, soul, spirit etc. for similar sounding words (and the Aramaic word might literally be rucha). I am not familiar with these languages to help.If the name is of Sanskrit (Indian) origin, then there are two possible explanations. There is a Sanskrit ruc, cognate with the root of the English light and latin lumen, which expresses illumination, beauty, and satisfaction. ruca from that could mean, for example, brightness.Alternatively, the root Rc or arc which means to praise, and the ancient hymns in honour of the divine are called Rca. In some modern Indian languages, this is pronounced rucha. The spellings of these are different in the Indian scripts, but it is, of course, possible that people confuse the two.
