I'm trying to find origin/background on first name Klayel. The only info I have found is a character in the new Superman show! Klayel (possibly McKlayel) was the first name of a male relative living in late 1800's. The family appears to have Irish/Scottish ties. Last name was Nappier.

Perhaps the record from which you'd copied your ancestor's name was misspelled by a careless census-taker or other official. Try to see if you can find another record for this ancestor to corroborate the spelling of the name.
