Mine was relatively quiet for a short period of time (my sister's family went somewhere to see the fireworks), but my three year old nephew came home crying (he hates loud noises). I can empathize. ;D
The main fireworks display was when his parents got back (Where the [insert invectives of your choice] were you?) I severely dislike them.
