Of course this is not a proof per se, only a strong hint: Google has only around 10 hits with a global search for "Thethica". It would be *very* exceptional for a name to be in regular use in any interesting place but failing to show up in Google.
"Tetica" withouth the h's seems to exist in Spanish, but when I look at the search result it does not seem to be used as a given name.
