Can't find any definite sources for this name, but the name is certainly evocative of the following images: "winding", "windy", "wintery".
A 'net search reveals that, in addition to being a "fantasy" name, there do appear to be some people out there with "Wyndra" as their surname. Sorry I couldn't find an etymology for the surname. Maybe someone else here will.
