"Sinjun"... This is actually "St. John " which, as a name, is pronounced in Great Britain as "Sinjun". The name also appears spelled phonetically as "Sinjon" and "Sinjun". The "meaning" of the name is actually a way in which Roman Catholic families honored St. John the Baptist .
