HOW DO I SPELL NAMES IN ARABIC?
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO SPELL MY PARTNERS NAME IN ARABIC. HIS NAME IS PAUL. I HAVE SEARCHED NUMEROUS SITES BUT CAN`T FIND ANYTHING THAT MATCHES AT ALL. MY NAME IS FIONA (PRONOUNCED FE-O-NA), I THINK IT IS FA-AIN-NOON MARBOUTA. CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS FOR ME PLEASE?

I have been looking everywhere on how to spell the names of both my partner and myself and stumbled across the site i have just mentioned.I would like to know how our names are spelt, pronounced and written in arabic. Well, the site has all the information you need, but the subject is a bit complicated I suppose. I could send you a drawing of both names in an email. That would be a lot easier than explaining it all in words.

If you live near a consulate of any Muslim country, you could ask them to try. Or, probably, near a mosque!

Paul is Boulos in arabic...it happens to be my last name...also I am not sure that that is fiona in arabic
