I couldn't find any that mean "son of the sun" exactly, but I did find...

There's a children's book by Holly Young Huth called "Son of the Sun, Daughter of the Moon," and the "son of the sun" is named Solvake.

The Pharaoh Akhenaten was also known as the Son of the Sun, I believe (book by Moyra Caldecott called "Akhenaten--Son of the Sun")

And if you do a search on this site, nothing comes up for "son of the sun" but there are lots of names that mean "sun"

Hope that helps. :)
