Is the lovely Celtic name Sian is sufering at the hands of the English? It is being pronounced (and sometimes spelled) See-Anne. I have even had a student who spelled it C-Anne. Is this mispronunciation or a whole new name?
What about Cymantha and Niqi? Both ex-studnts of mine. Then there is Kady - how long before we hear of King R4 and the Knights of the Round Table?
