If you want to make my part of the job really easy, format the names as in this example:

Michael - (m) "who is like God?" (Hebrew)
Mike - (m) Short form of [Michael ]
Michaela - (f) Feminine form of [Michael ]
Kim - (f,m) ...

etc.
Surround the names that you are linking to with [square brackets].
