My mother got my name off of the show The Dating Game so I know "there is another", I just don't have any idea what it means or where it comes from. Can anyone help?

I agree with Pavlos. I think it may be a feminine form of the name Tyler.

I would like to believe that it is related to Tyler (see link). For the only alternative I can think of is daunting (a "tylo" in classical Greek is either a callus or a bubonic thrush :P)
