So this is a good old Generation CAF, but instead of namebanks you will find the names for your family members differently.
You will need this page:
http://www.ssa.gov/oact/babynames/ -> Go down to the bottom and where it says "Popular Names by Birth Year" you just type in your own birth year and set the Popularity to "Top 1000". Then click on GO.
In a next step you go on this page:
http://www.random.org/ and on the right side you set the Min to 1 and the Max to 1000. Now click on generate. You will get a number. Search this number in the list of names and you found the first name of your first family member, do the same again to find the persons middle name. Repeat again and again until you finished the CAF.
