Year 1: (Tobin 26, Em 25)
Tobin and Em have been living in Cairo because of Tobin's job, but he recently got the opportunity to move to Russia, which they decided to do.
Year 2: (Tobin 27, Em 26)
This year Em thought that there were too many kids that were living a really hard life in the world, and Tobin agreed, so they decided to adopt. They adopted a two year old girl from Guatemala named Ana Emilia Stephens. She is already fitting right in with the small family.
Year 3: (Tobin 28, Em 27, Ana 3)
Ana really wanted a pet, so Tobin and Em decided to get her a pet turtle. She named her Greenie.
Year 4: (Tobin 29, Em 28, Ana 4)
Em's uncle died suddenly this year, and she took the whole family to South Africa for the funeral.
Year 5: (Tobin 30, Em 29, Ana 5)
Em had a lot of free time this year, so she started up a little food stand at the annual festival.
Year 6: (Tobin 31, Em 30, Ana 6)
This year, Em finally got pregnant. It was twin boys! They decided to name them Isaac Timothy and Xander Charles Stephens. Isaac has wavy, black hair and hazel eyes. Xander also has black hair, but it's straight and he has Tobin's brown eyes.
Year 7: (Tobin 32, Em 31, Ana 7, Isaac and Xander 1)
This year Tobin was honored for his pediatric work, and they took the whole family to the event. Unfortunately, the twins caused a lot of noise during the ceremony.
Year 8: (Tobin 33, Em 32, Ana 8, Isaac and Xander 2)
Em decided to go back to school to learn more about the culinary arts.
Year 9: (Tobin 34, Em 33, Ana 9, Isaac and Xander 3)
Tobin went on sabbatical to Hawaii this year, and the whole family went along. Ana really loved the surfing and snorkeling.
Year 10: (Tobin 35, Em 34, Ana 10, Isaac and Xander 4)
Em wrote a recipe book this year.
Year 11: (Tobin 36, Em 35, Ana 11, Isaac and Xander 5)
The family decided to visit Hawaii again because Ana liked it so much.
Year 12: (Tobin 37, Em 36, Ana 12, Isaac and Xander 6)
Em started up her own store, which is doing great.
Year 13: (Tobin 38, Em 37, Ana 13, Isaac and Xander 7)
Greenie the turtle died this year, and the twins convinced Em and Tobin to buy Ana a cat for her birthday. She named the tabby kitten Iker.
Year 14: (Tobin 39, Em 38, Ana 14, Isaac and Xander 8)
This year, the whole family moved to a new house in Japan, kitten and all.
Year 15: (Tobin 40, Em 39, Ana 15, Isaac and Xander 9)
Just after they moved, Tobin had to move to France for his job. The kids don't like moving around so much.
Year 16: (Tobin 41, Em 40, Ana 16, Isaac and Xander 10)
Xander decided that Iker must be lonely, so Isaac bought him a cat for his birthday. Xander named him Cadmus.
Year 17: (Tobin 42, Em 41, Ana 17, Isaac and Xander 11)
Em got pregnant again this year! This time she had a girl, much to Ana's relief. They named her Gwyneth Willa Stephens, and she has straight red hair and blue eyes.
Year 18: (Tobin 43, Em 42, Ana 18, Isaac and Xander 12, Gwen 1)
Em wrote another recipe book this year. Ana also started college.
Year 19: (Tobin 44, Em 43, Ana 19, Isaac and Xander 13, Gwen 2)
This year, Tobin had to move to Brazil for his work.
Year 20: (Tobin 45, Em 44, Ana 20, Isaac and Xander 14, Gwen 3)
Unexpectedly, Em got pregnant again. Their new son is named Paul Lawrence Stephens, and he has wavy blonde hair and brown eyes.
Year 21: (Tobin 46, Em 45, Ana 21, Isaac and Xander 15, Gwen 4, Paul 1)
Ana has a steady boyfriend, Yannic Comstock, and she got pregnant this year. Her son's name is Charles Ethan Comstock and he has straight black hair and brown eyes. Tobin and Em are so happy for their daughter, and love it when little Charlie and Paul play.
